Fried chicken.

Here are five great spots to try in Capitol Hill and Seattle this summer. Starting off with Galbi burger, which is a bit of a hidden jump, they serve pre-inspired burgers which go great with their hand dip shake and other items, like fried chicken sandwiches, rice balls and wings, all at affordable prices. Next we have Kubota O'Kami, who's serving some of the best katsu in the city, it's perfectly fried, so crispy and juicy, and the cheesy ones my favorite. And our third spot is Pragon, which is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in the city. It's always fun vibes here with delicious food and big portions, along with great drinks, and they even start you off at the complimentary to start up. Next we have Toko and Jim, and they're serving up some really solid Korean food along with a nice variety of objects. I love their spicy Korean ribs that are so cheesy and saucy with a nice kick to them, and the meat is also soft to both. Service is also really friendly here. And last but not least, Quint Pub is serving up one of the biggest fish and chips I've seen, and also one of the best burgers. They have a great happy hour, that's available daily, and five dollar margaritas all day. Definitely go check them all out.

I'm here at Seattle at Hangry Joves. This is the chicken sandal. Look at how huge this is. I think it's trying to kiss me. Damn, look at that. I mean big ol' gigantic pickle pieces. I love that. Okay y'all, this hot chicken sandwich was no joke. First off, look at the sides of that chicken patty. It was massive, crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with fiery Nashville style heat that hits you in the best way. The cold snow cooled it down just enough. Creamy, crunchy, and refreshing, and those pickles perfectly tying you with that snap that cuts right through the spice. It's bow, it's messy, it's got attitude, and I ordered again and again in a heartbeat. If you love heat, this one's got your name on it. Whether you're a hot chicken lover or a newcomer to the scene, this spot is worth checking out. I think this is a chill place that staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. There's a decent amount of street parking, a lot of seating inside, and I think it's cool how you can order from the kiosk. Give them a try for your next chicken fix and follow me for more.

There's a new Smash Burger and hot chicken spot in town so you know we have to go try it out. We tried out a few Smash Burgers, this was the OG Daddy Burger, nice and simple, really quality beef, it was so good. The hot seat smash was my personal favorite, it was so spicy, and it had jalapenos and pepper jack cheese, and then this was the dad-bought crispy smash, can we just appreciate it? This was so good, it had beef bacon inside as well. All of the Smash Burgers were genuinely incredible. We also tried their back-to-back sliders which had tenders inside. These were really good, I would have preferred more chicken inside, but the flavors were on point. Lastly we tried the dad's crispy tenders on their own, breading on them had a more home-cooked feel, but they were pretty good. They're takeout only and only open on weekends so go quick.

$20 all you can eat Korean fried chicken that nobody seems to be talking about and I don't think there's any other spot in the city that does ace chicken It's only available 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Monday's to Friday's and only available until March Hopefully they extended because I made the mistake of ordering carbs, but those really good carbs.
