I was in Seattle for work for like 36 hours and had no free time, but I matched it stop by FOP sushi bar Which is this pick your own sushi spot with over the top pieces of sushi and you pay by weight So you get to try a little bit of everything mine came out to like $20 which is definitely a little pricey for lunch But look at the spread. I know sushi peers are flipping tables right now But one thing about me is I want different flavors and textures happening my mouth So I love over the top sushi I don't remember some of the pieces I got but I did try that soy sauce It'll sauce and spicy mayo combo that see people get on TikTok And it was fine, but I couldn't convince you guys don't actually like sushi You just like sauce, but no judgement this male shrimp inari was so good They don't skip on any of the filling so it was a very decadent bite And it's a little smoky on top which I always love I also have this tuna crispy rice situation, but I would skip this because it definitely needed to be a little crispier I love me some seared salmon so I got that and it was I but like at this price range You're not getting top quality seafood and I'm okay with that and I hope you're okay with that I don't remember the rest of the pieces So all I have to say is that this place was fun to go to once in a while If you like over the top pieces sushi and trying a little bit of everything The spicy mayo is free too which is a plus in my book and this lobster inari was beautiful Whoever made this I hope your pillows are always cold tonight. Sushi by the pound is in Bellevue and you need to try it. Today we're eating at Fob sushi located in Bellevue and they have rolls, nigiri and more. All you have to do is grab whatever sushi looks best to you and then go ahead and weigh it. I personally recommend getting the rolls because the nigiri is a little too packed with rice for me. But honestly that's to be expected. It is paid by the pound. I still think it's a super super good deal. So if you're ever in Bellevue, come check it out.

And don't miss no drug's huge fried chicken sandwiches, super cheesy mozzarella sticks, and my favorites, their chicken tenders and softs. For a great brunch, check out Kikas, this is a little javan period and I would try their Mazzapone pancakes or their chili keelies, which are some of the best around. Pasta lovers, be sure to visit Cotto, this is the greatest Halloween spot in Belltown serving delicious freshly pasta with this crispy one being our favorite. Next, wear the KBBQ in Mary's Hill, for their all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue with so many options to choose from and they also have a fun school game theme. For great smash burgers with nice crispy edges and fresh toppings, check out Holes Smash Burger and don't miss their loaded fries or milkshakes. And a great sushi spot and admits is Kozoku for fresh sushi, sushi, sashimi platters and amazing Japanese dishes with a family like 5. And we're on to Rachel's Bagels and Burritos for some great bagels and even better breakfast burritos and they open a new location in Lake City. Lastly, wear a society's perfect place for an amazing steak dinner or celebration in Milk Creek with perfectly cooked steak, delicious starters, great sides and a must try better take for dessert.

The hottest sushi spot has landed in Bellevue. Bob's sushi bar famous for selling sushi by the pound has just opened its second location inside Bob's pocket bar. This place is a sushi lover's dream. The selection is incredible and it's just 1499 per pound for top quality sushi. Honestly, it's better and cheaper than Go-Sushi store sushi, maybe even Costco. Here's how it works. Grab a sushi box, they offer different sizes, but I'm going big, choose your sushi and stack it up. The variety is amazing. For a whole section for rows, Inari sushi, a brewery, press sushi, which is super rare in Seattle and all kinds of negativity. It's sushi heaven. I filled up my box to feed the whole family and it came out to 3.73 pounds, just under $60. It's like getting an omakase for only $60. Everything was so good, I couldn't pick a favorite, but if I had to, the seared salmon, garlic, chili, negativity was a standout. I could easily eat 10 of these. The rolls were huge, definitely not bite size. If you never tried Inari sushi before, this is the place to do it. They have options like spicy salmon, lobster, creamy shrimp, and more. I love the variety. Parking can be tricky, but trust me, it's worth it. Huge thanks to Fob's sushi bar for coming to Bellevue. Get ready to line up for this one.

Last weekend we finally checked out the new and very popular Oni Baba. We arrived about half hour before opening and we were the first in line. So for a step I got the match eliminated which was really refreshing. And for food we started out with a seaweed salad and then the ebimeo and caraguet Oni geeries. And of course we had to get the popular item the cheese yakki Oni geeries which was so rich and tasty I recommend just sharing one. And of course we also had to get the caraguet which was hot, crisp and juicy. And finally for the mains we got the katsudon and then the puri kata Buddha Buddha Dhan and hopefully I didn't butcher that. Everything was so delicious and I highly recommend you come check them out in Seattle's Japan town.
