Mmm, it's stopped with garlic sauce and a piece of chicken along with some beautiful pomegranate molasses. The inside is so perfectly simple. It's just chicken pickles and tom. I don't want no lettuce in my shawarma people. You see that char on the pita? They literally doused it in oil, press it on the fire, and then put it on the grill. Mmm, this is the best way to eat a shawarma. They gave me this garlic sauce with pomegranate molasses. Oh, this makes it. Closes I've had to an authentic Syrian shawarma here. Let's try the beef. Mmm, their hummus is so good. The hard burn is gonna go crazy. I take the chicken over the beef and make sure to ask for that extra piece on top. Final score? 8.3. Here are 10 great spots to try in 2025 in the Greater Seattle area. Starting off at a Roy Mag, this is a much-tried Thai spot that's known for their delicious chicken and rice dishes, but everything here is amazing and the owners are so kind. Next, gogiyama gomanduia are starting these massive, pre-infusion burritos, pomegranate dumplings and other great fusion items all in one spot. And don't miss no drug's huge fried chicken sandwiches, super cheesy mozzarella sticks, and my favorites, their chicken tenders and softs. For a great brunch, check out Kikas, this is a little javan period and I would try their Mazzapone pancakes or their chili keelies, which are some of the best around. Pasta lovers, be sure to visit Cotto, this is the greatest Halloween spot in Belltown serving delicious freshly pasta with this crispy one being our favorite. Next, wear the KBBQ in Mary's Hill, for their all-you-can-eat Korean barbecue with so many options to choose from and they also have a fun school game theme. For great smash burgers with nice crispy edges and fresh toppings, check out Holes Smash Burger and don't miss their loaded fries or milkshakes. And a great sushi spot and admits is Kozoku for fresh sushi, sushi, sashimi platters and amazing Japanese dishes with a family like 5. And we're on to Rachel's Bagels and Burritos for some great bagels and even better breakfast burritos and they open a new location in Lake City. Lastly, wear a society's perfect place for an amazing steak dinner or celebration in Milk Creek with perfectly cooked steak, delicious starters, great sides and a must try better take for dessert.

Seattle's best food. I spent over $2,000 eating out in the month of January, and I'm excited to share with you my top 10 bites. Starting with number 10, we're going with Fortuno over in Finney. It's a fresh prosciutto. That makes all the difference here. Number nine, family, friend, beacon hill, really nice double smash burger. This house made sauce with QP mayo. Next up, we got Hay Bagel at number eight. The outside is super crunchy, and the inside's really nice and Joey. Number seven, we got Sami Sami, which had this really nice Ube flavor ice cream, and they also had Tayaki, which was a bit of a surprise. Number six, Ramen Danbo, which is my favorite ramen. Is it worth the wait? I'm joking with the heat. At five, we got Luba and Freena. It's holding really nicely. It's definitely my favorite wood fire pizza in Seattle. Number four, temple pastries in beacon hill. Honestly, that whole area has so much good food. Comparable to flower box. Sauce the chicken cheese. Number three, we got a little beast and ballard. The lamb neck pie here is absolutely to die for. Number two, Homer, also in beacon hill. Very nice lamb kabab would highly suggest. Coming in at number one, sleeper pick over on the Eastside and Redmond AMA chicken and rice.

There's a new Smash Burger and hot chicken spot in town so you know we have to go try it out. We tried out a few Smash Burgers, this was the OG Daddy Burger, nice and simple, really quality beef, it was so good. The hot seat smash was my personal favorite, it was so spicy, and it had jalapenos and pepper jack cheese, and then this was the dad-bought crispy smash, can we just appreciate it? This was so good, it had beef bacon inside as well. All of the Smash Burgers were genuinely incredible. We also tried their back-to-back sliders which had tenders inside. These were really good, I would have preferred more chicken inside, but the flavors were on point. Lastly we tried the dad's crispy tenders on their own, breading on them had a more home-cooked feel, but they were pretty good. They're takeout only and only open on weekends so go quick.

I've you checked out the grandest Indian buffet in Greater Seattle. So many dishes and everything is halal. I found the taste very authentic and the dining hall is super gorgeous. This is Adarth cuisine of India.
