Pizza.

According to Dave Portnoy, this is one of the best pizza spots in LA. For LA? Pretty much as good as you can get. And it's my first time trying new Haven-style pizza. Comes from a spot called Ozzie's Apeats. I got a tomato pie and I got a cheese. First I got this tomato style. I didn't think this would have as much flavor as it does. That dough is spectacular. The tomato sauce, high quality, and those beautiful charred bits add another layer of texture and flavor. It gives it to you with crushed red pepper and parmesan, so let's just try one with both. What Elon Musk? It's really good. And now of course a cheese pizza. As you can see, distribution of ingredients immaculate. The actual taste of the dough is good too. I wish there was a little bit more cheese on the pizza, but still great. I'm now a big fan of new Haven-style pizza. Portnoy gave it an 8.1. Both pizzas had given 8.7 out of 10. I would say this is like a top 8 pizza in LA.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, some of the best Philly cheesesteaks are right outside of the city, and I've been seeing this one at Verona Pizzah all over TikTok, so I needed to go check it out myself. This pizza shop in Maple Glen is so passionate about their flower, its organic, non-GMO, and imported from Italy. So I knew the pizza was gonna be good, but I didn't know it was gonna be this good. I love any combination of hot honey, pepperoni, and ricotta, so we had to get their hot honey pepperoni. And then the only thing I think I like even more is a mushroom pizza, so we got their fungi. I love the flavor of the crème fraiche and fresh garlic, and they even put a little sourdough in their crust, which makes it so light and airy. Definitely some of the best pizza you're gonna get around here. And then we drove all this way for the cheesesteak. This was by far the biggest cheesesteak I've ever laid eyes on. Their bread is homemade, and it could barely fit all this meat. There was literally enough meat for another sandwich. And it was so cheesy, I loved it, I ate half, and then was full for the rest of the day. I'd say it's worth the TikTok hype and a trip to the suburbs.

y'all look at this I got the Detroit style Cooper Sharp Cheesesteak pizza It's so adult like two times and I was trying to get it and y'all know I had to try out the regular cheese steak Wooo! Wooo! It's so hot! Look at that cheesy crust Love me some burnt cheese Wooo! Hey, hold up now! I love the pizza crust and dough that they use Very thick and fluffy Delicious I see why this is going to have dope Tried with the marinara sauce And don't really need marinara sauce Good job! It is our word Wow Definitely get the hype And it's worth the hype I don't like $25 By the way 8.7 It's a good job I think I like it better than the cheese steak Yeah, I know I had to try out the regular cheese steak It's all pepper, mayo I catch up on the side The whole thing up there The steak is flavorful You don't use the seeded roll Because the regular I'm a rosy Most of them That's a lot of drippage I got a cheese steak at 8.62 Yeah, y'all my larries, famous steaks and hoogies Check them out Let me know what you think Peace out

We headed over to Wilmington for a date night at our day of food and drink. The menu was inspired by Italian cuisine and every plate was presented so beautifully you just couldn't wait to take a bite. We really enjoyed the pizza but we also love the concept of small plates and getting you to try a bunch of things and the pasta and this pork was so delicious. If you find yourself in Wilmington you should definitely check them out.

I drove over 8 hours to try the most famous pizza in the entire world. And this is the one and only Frank Pepe's and New Haven Connecticut. And they have been using the same coal-fired brick oven since 1925. And these guys are famous for their legendary tomato pie. And word on the street is that they have the best pizza in all of America. And trust me, this isn't your average pizza slice. That smoky flavor from the charred crust is so good. It's so rare to find an oven like this and it's absolutely huge. It's super thin. Crispy has the perfect charred edges and that tomato sauce brings so much flavor. And New Haven, they call it a beat and the way they cut it is crazy. But my favorite was their tomato pie. It's legendary for a reason. Simple, ingredients and just perfect. And I love how it's super light and airy. This was game over for me. Well worth the 8 hour drive. So if you're thinking about making the trip, just do it and follow me for more food content.
