In my frozen ramen kit collection, I only have 2 frozen ramen kits left. This one is called the Gyo Kai Tonkotsu Ramen and it has a seafood and pork bone based broth flavor. I'm already excited when I saw how rich and creamy that broth look. You get a gigantic slab of chasu. I wish it was a bit more fatty though. But what blows my mind is the broth. Ultra creamy and rich from the pork and they steep it with bonito flakes to get that deep seafood flavor. This is probably my favorite flavor out of the 6 so far, but I'm kind of sad because after this one I only have one frozen ramen kit left.

Trying the viral crunchy sforma wrap in Toronto. I drove two hours in the snow for this. That was so crispy and super juicy. This is huge. Such a sensational feeling. Crispy bread is so addicting. It's like the Wayne Gretzky of Sformas. And it's finally in Toronto. I'd honestly eat five of these breakfast lunch and dinner. It felt like we were eating at a luxury all-inclusive resort in Mexico. This $40 all-you-can-e buffet includes authentic Mexican dishes like chicken mole, build your own street tacos with all the sauces you can think of. These delicious crunchy Mexican flautas, all kinds of different authentic stews and soups like posole and menudo, and a whole dessert table with 3 leches, conchas, cakes, and all sorts of sweets.
