This is my honest review of Shelby's legendary Shwarma. I finally got to try this place after seeing it all over social media. I was really excited. I was starving. I ordered my food and as soon as I picked up my food, I knew something was up because it just felt so light. It felt like I was holding a breadstick. And of course when I opened it up, there's just like this tiny little bit of meat in it. And you know, this is supposed to be a legendary-sized Shwarma. It was like $16 for this and definitely not legendarily. This was half the meat that I get at my regular places. So I did feel a bit ripped off and I cannot recommend this place. Maybe you like it. I didn't. Sorry.

Let me put you guys on this halal Persian spot with phenomenal presentation. This place is called Chef Reza and Richmond Hill. And this is probably the one restaurant experience I've had where I was just blown away by the theatrics. They presented a giant platter of their finest kebabs like their kubiday and taj kebab, which were so juicy and delicious. The mixed appetizers were also amazing and the rice was fluffy and fragrant. The interior is beautiful and they got live entertainment on the weekends. Definitely check them out.
